There are currently 4 Trust Members and they are responsible for:
- Appointing/removing some of the Trustees
- Keeping an oversight of the work of the Trust
- Receiving the Annual Report and Financial Statement
- Amending the Articles of Association
Mrs Amanda Ankin

- Previous Head of HR for a 14 school multi-academy Trust in Cambridgeshire and People Partner for Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service
- Currently HR Business Partner for a 21 school multi-academy trust in Cambridgeshire
- Over 20 of experience working in HR (13 of those in the education sector)
- Extensive knowledge of HR and payroll at both a strategic and operational level
- Keen singer and gardener
Mrs Sharon Carylon

- Chief Operating Officer for a trust of three primary schools in Watford
- Demonstrable track record in education business operations
- Fellow of the Institute of School Business Leaders
- Passionate advocate of system leadership and collaboration
Mr Simon Gush

- Experience in HR and finance
- Background includes working for organisations in professional services, technology and financial services
Mr Sildi Jasharaj
Appointed 07/07/2026
- Financial Crime Consultant at PA Consulting, with prior experience at Deloitte supporting major financial institutions on risk, compliance and large-scale change and transformation projects.
- Holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Bath and is currently studying towards the ICA Level 3 AML Diploma.
- Brings strong skills in finance, data analysis, project management and stakeholder engagement, with a proven ability to challenge processes constructively and work with senior leaders.
- Passionate about equal access to high-quality education, drawing on personal experience to support narrowing attainment gaps and improving outcomes for children and young people.
